Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – In a distressing incident on March 12 at 1:40 p.m., authorities responded to a domestic incident in the 1200 block of Main Ave. N. in Kissimmee, Fla. The suspect, Justin Vazquez Concepcion, 21, faces serious charges stemming from the altercation.
Vazquez Concepcion has been charged with felony threats of violence and misdemeanor domestic assault – bodily harm. According to reports, he allegedly physically assaulted his pregnant girlfriend and issued death threats if she refused to accompany him in a vehicle. The victim reported that he had previously struck her in the head with his knee the day before the incident.
In a chilling revelation, it was discovered that Vazquez Concepcion had recorded the prior incident. On the recorded video, a police sergeant purportedly heard him threaten to kill the woman.
The victim further disclosed to law enforcement that Vazquez Concepcion had threatened to murder her and perform a gruesome act of violence by cutting the baby out of her stomach.
Vazquez Concepcion was promptly arrested and is now awaiting further legal proceedings.
