HIBBING, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Delton Roy Misquadace, a 35-year-old resident of Hibbing, Minnesota, is at the center of a disturbing criminal case involving charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault by strangulation.
According to court documents filed on April 26th in St. Louis County, Misquadace faces two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, along with an additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation.
The victim, whose identity remains protected, recounted a harrowing ordeal where consensual sexual activity turned violent and degrading. She alleges that Misquadace became increasingly aggressive during the encounter, choking her to the point of nearly losing consciousness. Despite her protests and pleas to stop, he continued to engage in sexual acts, accompanied by slapping and biting.
Distraught and fearing for her life, the victim managed to escape and promptly contacted law enforcement. Officers responded swiftly, apprehending Misquadace at the scene and taking him into custody.
