Pine Point, Becker County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Pine Point man is facing a gross misdemeanor charge in Becker County after a traffic stop led to a check of his license status, according to a criminal complaint filed in Minnesota District Court.
Jeremy Jon Fleischhacker, 39, of Park Rapids, is charged with driving after cancellation as inimical to public safety. The charge stems from a stop on November 6, 2025, in Pine Point, Minnesota.

According to the complaint, Fleischhacker was stopped after a vehicle was seen with a brake light issue at a stop light. Court records say the vehicle was then pulled over for the equipment problem.
After the stop, the driver was identified as Jeremy Jon Fleischhacker. The complaint says a records check showed his driving status had been cancelled as inimical to public safety.
