DILWORTH, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – In a recent development, 23-year-old Carlos Joseph Martinez Jr of West Fargo faces serious legal consequences after being charged with felony burglary. The charge stems from an incident at a Walmart store in Dilworth, Minnesota, back in January.
Martinez had previously been trespassed from the store in December, prohibiting him from being on the property. However, he allegedly disregarded this order and entered the store again in January. During this unauthorized visit, Martinez reportedly stole a speaker system valued at $499.
Due to the trespass order, what might have been a lesser charge of shoplifting now carries the weight of felony burglary.
