  1. Depends on their level which is fucked in its self. A level 1 or 2, you don’t know of, level 3, there’s public notice, in the papers, may not be allowed to live some places, whatever, but I’ve known of some offenders, most fucked up example is this, this 1 guy, had to register for life, had 2 convictions, 1 for kiddy porn, other was for having his 3yr old niece give him oral after walking in on him jerking off. Yet no level at all, never went to prison, no real jail time either and failed treatment. And no 1 knew. Like a level 3 public meetings, but a lifetime registrant with no level, prison failed treatment, barely jail for shit with a 3yr old and kiddy porn. That’s how messed up some of the shit is
