Sex offender Kevin Jay Bruce, 01/03/1990, is in custody on a new charge of fleeing police. Bruce was just convicted in June 2023 on felon in possession of a firearm but his 5-year prison sentence was stayed by Judge Lisa K Janzen in a downward departure. Source
