- Maria Teresa Martin, 56, Grand Forks, North Dakota: Failure to stop for a stop sign, $135.
- Derrick Wade Jenson, 52, Thief River Falls: Failure to drive in a single lane, $135.
- Nora Leigh Turner, 45, Newfolden: Several traffic counts were dismissed, per the bulletin.
- Dean Charles Swanson, 67, Thief River Falls: Dog or cat at large, $135.
