Thief River Falls: DWI and Citation Rulings

Thief River Falls Police Department

Matthew Steven Voll, 27, Thief River Falls, was cited for failing to stop at a through-highway entrance. The listed fine was $135.

Ruben Jose Yrigoyen, 35, Thief River Falls, received a stay of adjudication on a domestic assault charge. The case was continued.

Yrigoyen must complete a Love and Logic class through Sanford Health. The bulletin lists one year of court probation.

Angel Markus Rodriguez-Vondal, 21, Thief River Falls, was cited for driving after revocation. The listed fine was $285.

An added insurance proof requirement was also listed. The listed fine was $200.

Roneisha Lashai Rose Brown, 30, Thief River Falls, was cited for careless driving. The listed fine was $185.
