Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — Several cases were recently listed from Thief River Falls Police Department, Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources records.
Thief River Falls Police Department Cases
Steven Michael Johnson, 56, of Thief River Falls, was cited for an ignition interlock violation. He was fined $235. A 30-day jail sentence was stayed for one year. He was also placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
Candace Olivia McKinley, 25, of Thief River Falls, was cited for disorderly conduct involving brawling or fighting. She was fined $135. A 10-day jail sentence was stayed for one year. She was also placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
David Matthew Wilcox, 44, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135. The case involved using a wireless communications device to send, read, or retrieve an electronic message.
Brookelynn Anna Redden, 29, of Goodridge, received a stay of adjudication in a harassment-related restraining order case. She was fined $125. She was placed on probation for one year. She must also continue individual therapy.
Gabriel Jason Sales, 21, of Memphis, Tennessee, was cited for driving after revocation. He was fined $285.
Tyler Paul Colden, 37, of Fargo, North Dakota, was cited for theft. He was fined $185. A 90-day jail sentence was stayed for one year. He was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. The right to restitution was reserved.
Other listed city cases included parking, speeding, insurance, headlight, exhibition driving, and dismissed charges.
County, State Patrol, And DNR Cases
Carter Allen Horgeshimer, 18, of Thief River Falls, was cited for driving 85 mph in a 60 mph zone. He was fined $225.
Melissa Jean Bunker, 45, of Thief River Falls, was cited after a left turn right-of-way violation. She was fined $135.
Minnesota State Patrol cases included seat belt, speeding, hands-free, insurance, and revocation violations.
Layla Jo Forsberg, 21, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for a Minnesota hands-free law violation. More information is available from the Minnesota Safety Council.
Carter Anthony Peterson, 24, of Thief River Falls, was cited for a game and fish license violation. He was fined $110.
