Michael Thomas Murphy, 71, of Red Wing, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban.

The Suburban was on Seventh Street before the crash occurred.

Murphy was attempting to turn north onto Highway 61, according to the crash report.

The vehicle then entered the median and continued through a guardrail.

The Chevrolet rolled onto its side before coming to a stop.
