a Fort Totten man is facing criminal charges following a terrifying ordeal for a Grand Forks woman according to court records at 2:17 a.m. on December 28th Grand Forks police responded to a residence where a woman reported she came home from work and found an unknown man sleeping in her bedroom she stated she escorted the man out of the house while holding a baseball bat in self-defense he damaged Christmas tree decorations and a doorknob while exiting the house and stated quote I’m going to effing kill you you effing the suspect now identified as 23 year old Noah Herman left his shoes and was found walking by North third Street and ninth Avenue where he was arrested Noah Herman has been charged with felonies of terrorizing and criminal trespass along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief I’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
