LEWISTON, Winona County (trfnews.i234.me) — A two-vehicle crash in Lewiston sent a Winona woman to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash on Monday, December 15, 2025. The time was 6:52 a.m.
The crash happened at Highway 14 and County Road 25 in Lewiston. The road was listed as dry.
What happened
Troopers said a 2019 Buick Encore was traveling west on Highway 14. A 2013 Mercedes C4 was traveling east on Highway 14.
The State Patrol said the Mercedes was turning onto County Road 25. The vehicles then collided.

Drivers and injuries
The Buick driver was Melanie Anne Hawley, 52, of Winona.
Troopers reported Hawley had non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to Winona Hospital.
