CNH Ag Equipment Plant Workers in Fargo Engage in Intense Wage Negotiations

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Wage negotiations are currently underway for the 850 workers at the CNH ag equipment plant in Fargo, North Dakota. A union leader describes the contract negotiations as intense, as the union representing production workers at the CNH manufacturing plant in Fargo continues discussions. The contract, which covers about 800 hourly employees, is set to expire soon. Local 2525 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers is advocating for higher pay, improved healthcare, and pension benefits. Notably, the current contract, expiring after a six-year term, is up for renegotiation.

The negotiations are occurring at a neutral location in Fargo. The CNH industrial plant manufactures Case and New Holland tractors, loaders, and other agricultural-related equipment.
