FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Israel Baraka faces a felony terrorizing charge in Fargo following an incident at a homeless shelter on April 22nd at 8:20 p.m. Police responded to a report from a staff member at the shelter located at 717 South University Drive. The staff member accused Baraka of repeatedly threatening to kill him. Despite being instructed to wait outside, Baraka forcibly reentered the shelter. He was apprehended by police while showering and allegedly made defiant statements about his need for a shower and his disregard for rules, citing his early work schedule for the following morning.
