Wagon, with no listed address in Fargo, has been charged with felony theft of property and misdemeanors of inhalation of vapors and criminal trespass, according to court records. On January 17th, police arrested him in the loss prevention office at the Walmart on 13th Avenue South in Fargo. Wagon allegedly shoplifted items valued at $33.36. Due to this being his fourth or more offense in four years, the charge is elevated to a felony. He was also allegedly inhaling vapors and had outstanding warrants.
