Clay County: Alan Steven Walker Arrested for DWI Refusal, Fleeing Police, and Driving on Revoked License

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Alan Steven Walker, age 30, was arrested by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office following a serious traffic incident that involved a high-risk pursuit and multiple criminal charges.

Charges Filed:

  • 4th Degree DWI – Alcohol

  • Driving After Cancellation – Inimical to Public Safety (DAC-IPS)

  • DWI Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test

  • Fleeing Officer in a Motor Vehicle

Authorities report that Walker allegedly fled from law enforcement during a traffic stop and was later apprehended and found to be under the influence of alcohol. He also refused chemical testing and was driving on a revoked license, flagged as a public safety risk.
