Bye was previously convicted for criminal sexual conduct in both Hennepin County under court file number 27-CR-21-9973 and Itasca County under court file number 31-CR-20-401. He was sentenced on October 7, 2022, and was last released on December 17, 2024. Bye is currently under the supervision of Agent Steve Sigfrinius.
