Claude Black Jr of St Michael North Dakota remains on the run on this uh Monday morning following the assault of a woman in Grand Forks he’s shown here in an earlier booking photo an arrest warrant for black was issued on charges of felony domestic violence and terrorizing domestic violence according to court documents he allegedly repeatedly punched the female victim in the face and head while in a vehicle in Grand Forks on November 9th while she yelled for help and tried to get out of the vehicle he’s reported as grabbing her by the hair and pulling her back into the vehicle they drove to Thompson south of the Grand Forks where she flood the vehicle and ran to a gas station for help and black drove away from the scene deputies reported the female victim suffered numerous injuries I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv
