ROSEAU COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) — Kristina Marlene Deedrick, 51, of Warroad, Minnesota, has been sentenced to 24 months in prison following her guilty plea to first-degree methamphetamine sale. The sentencing took place on Monday, May 5, 2025, in Roseau County District Court.
Deedrick entered an Alford plea, acknowledging that sufficient evidence existed for a conviction while maintaining her innocence. This plea pertained to the sale of at least 17 grams of methamphetamine within 90 days. As part of a plea agreement, three additional felony charges—including second-degree methamphetamine possession, third-degree narcotic possession, and threats of violence—were dismissed.
The case originated from a November 2023 investigation, during which law enforcement executed a search warrant at Deedrick’s residence following a tip that she had recently acquired an ounce of methamphetamine. Officers discovered two gallon-sized bags containing 41.9 grams of methamphetamine inside a safe, along with smaller bags holding approximately 2.1 and 8.1 grams of the drug.
Deedrick will serve her sentence at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee.
