It also says the child first shared the allegations with friends in late 2025 before later speaking with family members.
The case was then reported to law enforcement in March 2026, according to the complaint.
The complaint states that Rourk denied the allegations when questioned.

Rourk was arrested on March 10, 2026, and booked into custody, according to the complaint.
