FORT TOTTEN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Law enforcement agencies, including the Spirit Lake Tribal Council and Ft. Totten Law Enforcement, are issuing a public warning regarding Kolby McKay of Ft. Totten, ND. Described as “Extremely Dangerous” by the Benson County Sheriff’s Office, McKay is considered a significant threat to public safety.
A reward is being offered for any information leading to McKay’s whereabouts. The reasons behind the search have not been disclosed at this time.
