UPDATE: Suspect in Grand Forks Murder Investigation Taken into Custody

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police are investigating the stabbing death of a male. A juvenile suspect is in custody.
we have an update regarding a crime
investigation on the south end of Grand
Forks it was a murder this in from Grand
Forks Police at approximately 3:02 a.m.
on this Thursday officers dispatched to
the 1700 block of 36 Avenue South for a
report of a physical disturbance outside
the building arriving officers located a
male subject lying on the ground with
app parent stab wound to his upper torso
initial investigation revealed two
groups of people engaged in a physical
fight after an argument and a male was
stabbed at this time it is believed the
involved parties were known to each
other the male victim was pronounced
deceased at the scene the victim’s
identity is not being released at this
time pending next ofkin notification a
juvenile male suspect in this matter has
been identified and is in custody
detectives from the criminal
investigation Bureau responded to assist
in the investigation Al through
paramedics gr for’s fire Sheriff’s
Office also assisted in the incident
this is an ongoing and a developing in
investigation updates will be made as
they are available however no further
information at this time anyone with
information who or who may have
witnessed the incident is asked to call
