UPDATE: Body Found In Downtown Grand Forks Identified
GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police say a body found downtown on Thursday has been identified as Anthony Valdez.

What I don't understand is how did it take them so long to find him when he was last seen 1 block or so from where he was found! Sounds and looks like GF PD dropped the ball on this one!
Does this seem to happen at least once a year? Young person passes due to exposure?
Maybe his last COOF shots gave him a heart attack ???
