RAMSEY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A shocking tragedy unfolded in a serene north metro park on Monday morning as authorities responded to a welfare check, only to discover a scene of heart-wrenching loss. The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office and the Ramsey Police Department were summoned to Rum River Central Park shortly before 10 a.m., following reports of an “isolated incident.”

Upon arrival, responders made a devastating discovery: a woman and a young girl, lifeless inside a parked vehicle. Tragically, a boy found at the scene, initially injured, succumbed to his wounds after being rushed to the hospital. The nature of the incident remains undisclosed by authorities.

As the community reels from the shock of the event, Anoka County officials identified the victims on Thursday. They are 33-year-old Jessica Frank, 9-year-old Solara Frank, and 4-year-old Laiken Frank.
