Llewellyn James Benais, 38, of Thief River Falls, was cited for disorderly conduct.
The citation says Benais made loud, disruptive noises.
It also says he called another patron names.
Police say Benais threatened to assault the man.
The report says Benais then walked up close to the other patron.
The other patron told police he stood up to avoid being jumped.
