Pennington County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — Llewellyn Beneais faces felony and misdemeanor charges after an alleged threat inside the Pennington County Law Enforcement Center in Thief River Falls.

According to court documents, Beneais had been staying in the building lobby because he had no money and no place to stay. The documents say he had been sleeping there for a period of time before deputies told him he had to leave on March 4.

Authorities say Beneais became angry after that order. Court records say he used harsh language and then threatened to kill two people. He was then arrested at the scene and placed in handcuffs.
