In the early hours of August 10, at 1:09 a.m., Thief River Falls police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of First Street and Horace Avenue. During the stop, 23-year-old Joel Exsequiel Gomez Diaz was arrested and cited for fourth-degree DWI and a driver’s license violation.
