Deadly Shooting By Officers In Duluth, Outside Agency Will Investigate

DULUTH, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A man with a gun was shot and killed by deputies in Duluth Tuesday night. The Sheriff immediately called for an outside agency, the Minnesota BCA to investigate the incident.
