Special Weather Statement issued May 11 at 10:00AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Relative humidity values will drop to 20 to 25 percent this
afternoon and early evening. Southwest winds are expected to
range from 10 to 15 mph with gusts to near 20 mph. Given the
extremely dry fuels, near critical fire weather conditions are
expected through early evening. Any fire that does develop has
the potential to quickly spread.
