Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me) — A North Dakota man is facing serious criminal charges after allegedly forging a check to steal thousands of dollars in merchandise.
According to court documents, Jory M. Iwen of Casselton, ND, is accused of using a forged check from another company to fraudulently purchase $5,929 worth of materials from Structural Materials in Grand Forks in February.
Iwen has now been charged with two felony counts—counterfeiting and theft of property.
