I was there and pulled the scooter away from him stayed by his side till paramedics showed up …my prayers go out to that guy and his family ….
Why was the cycle even on the road? The roads are full of sand…an idiot regardless of fault.
He buys a license and is entitled to be on road when ever he feels. Legally licensed and pays tax to use the roads. Why are you allowed to drive down the public roads? This is the US.
