Roseau County (trfnews.i234.me) — A 49-year-old Badger man died Thursday night after a motorcycle and pickup collided in Spruce Township.
The crash happened at 8:24 p.m. on May 7, 2026. It occurred at County Road 124 and 420th Avenue in Roseau County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle was traveling north on 420th Avenue.
A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling west on County Road 124. The two vehicles collided at the intersection.
Three Vehicles Listed In Crash
The State Patrol report lists three vehicles in the incident. They include the Yamaha motorcycle, Chevrolet Silverado, and a 2010 Kia sedan.
The motorcycle rider was a 49-year-old man from Badger. His name was not released at the time of the report.
The Silverado driver was a 53-year-old man from Roseau. His name was also pending release.
The Kia driver was listed as a 21-year-old woman from Devil’s Lake. Her name was also scheduled for later release.
No airbag deployed in the Chevrolet Silverado. No airbag information applied to the motorcycle. The Kia’s airbag did not deploy.
Road Conditions Were Dry
Road conditions were dry when the crash happened. The report said the case information was believed complete.
Several agencies responded to the crash scene. They included the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office, Roseau Ambulance, Roseau Fire Department, and Minnesota DNR.
The crash remains listed as fatal by the State Patrol. The report was last updated at 4:27 a.m. on May 8, 2026.
