1941-2024 Richard Cosley, 82, a lifelong Pembina – St. Vincent area farmer passed away at Woodside Village in Grand Forks on Wednesday April 3rd, 2024.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Evangelical Free Church, Pembina, North Dakota. Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the service.
