Thief River Falls Police Department cases:
Joseph Waylon Meyer, 42, Thief River Falls — fourth-degree DWI, fined $510, 30 days in jail stayed for one year, probation for one year, and a comprehensive assessment within 60 days. Required to complete treatment and aftercare.
Jose Cruz Romero, 48, Thief River Falls — charge of driving after cancellation dismissed.
Michael Darren Seaverson, 30, Middle River — charges of second-degree DWI, cannabis possession in a motor vehicle, and use of a wireless device dismissed.
Joseph Peter Tulibaski, 76, Argyle — failed to stop at entrance of through highway, fined $135.
Alexander Bo Villiard Jr., 21, Thief River Falls — stay of adjudication for obstruction of legal process, fined $125, six months of unsupervised probation; charges of domestic assault and disorderly conduct dismissed.
Cheyenne Rose Brown, 30, Thief River Falls — two violations for dogs and cats at large, fined $135 each.
Jordan Wayne Fimrite, 30, Thief River Falls — no proof of insurance, fined $285, expired registration, $30.
Michael Isiah Hickey, 42, Thief River Falls — animal nuisance violation for excessive barking, fined $135.
Joseph Robert Kilen, 40, Thief River Falls — driving after cancellation, fined $285.
Hunter Perry James Lundeen, 25, Red Lake Falls — no proof of insurance charge dismissed.
Arnoldo Martinez, 58, Thief River Falls — theft of services charge dismissed.

Duane Douglas Cook Jr., 32, Red Lake — speeding 65/60 mph, fined $125.
Gregory Steven Sparby, 36, Grygla — speeding 70/60 mph, fined $125.

Mario Arrieta, 29, Mandan, ND — no insurance, fined $285.
Kyle Allen Boman, 50, Thief River Falls — speeding 75/55 mph, fined $225.
Matthew Merlyn Busse, 21, Goodridge — speeding 65/60 mph, fined $125.
