CLAY COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) — A 38-year-old man was booked into the Clay County Jail after separate investigations by the Dilworth Police Department and the Moorhead Police Department resulted in multiple criminal allegations.
According to jail records, Arsenio Eugene James, 38, was booked on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 8:19 a.m.
The booking report lists allegations connected to two different law enforcement agencies. The charges include two theft-related offenses and one allegation of obstructing the legal process by interfering with law enforcement.
