Hennepin County, MN – Tia Paul Lor, 41, is currently a wanted fugitive as of August 8, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Lor, born on September 3, 1983, was originally sentenced on May 14, 2013, for homicide charges under court file number 27-CR-13-15947 in Hennepin County. He was last released on December 4, 2023, but is now wanted by authorities after failing to comply with his release conditions.
His supervising agent, John Helgoe, and law enforcement are seeking any public assistance in locating him.
