Carver County, MN – Minnesota law enforcement officials are searching for Emilio Fernando Rosas, a fugitive wanted as of October 30, 2024, on counterfeiting and fraud-related charges.
Rosas, born on February 12, 1969, was convicted and sentenced on December 3, 2020, in Carver County (Court File No. 10-CR-20-128). After his release on April 25, 2023, under the supervision of Agent Nicole Woodman, he violated his release conditions, leading to a fugitive warrant.
Authorities urge anyone with information on Rosas’s whereabouts to contact local law enforcement or the MNDOC fugitive hotline.
