The crash happened at about 5:55 p.m. on May 30, 2026. It took place on Highway 15 near mile marker 48.

The location is about 11 miles northwest of McHenry. Road and weather conditions were both dry at the time.

Harley Trike Rolls On Highway 15

According to the North Dakota State Patrol, the crash involved one vehicle.

The vehicle was a 2017 Harley-Davidson Tri Glide Ultra trike. It was heading east on Highway 15.

Investigators said the trike hit an area of broken pavement. The vehicle then rolled over.

The speed of the trike was not known in the release. No other vehicles were listed as involved.

The driver was a 58-year-old man from Neche. His name was not released in the report.

Officials said the man was not wearing a helmet. He suffered serious injuries in the crash.

Emergency Crews Respond

Several agencies responded after the crash. They included the Eddy County Sheriff’s Office and New Rockford Fire Department.

New Rockford Ambulance Service also responded. Sanford AirMed transported the injured driver.

The man was flown to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. Officials did not release his current condition.
