LANSING TWP, Mower County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Jeep left Highway 218 and went off the road Thursday afternoon.

Troopers listed the location as southbound Highway 218 near milepost 16 in Lansing Township.

Troopers said a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling south on Highway 218.
The report says the Jeep left the roadway near milepost 16.

Driver identified
The driver was Daniel Dean Sparks, 57, of Austin.
Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries for Sparks.
Sparks was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin.
The report lists the Jeep’s airbag as deployed.
The report lists Sparks as wearing a seat belt.
Alcohol was listed as not involved.

The Austin Fire Department assisted at the scene.
The Mower County Sheriff’s Office also assisted, according to the report.
