Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – The U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations is actively searching for 27-year-old Airman First Class Branden Cecil Standifer, who is wanted for military desertion and possession of child sexual abuse material. Standifer fled prosecution on April 18, 2025, and was last seen at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Montana.
Authorities believe Standifer may be in Minnesota, as a mobile device associated with him was recently pinged in Inver Grove Heights. He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Standifer was last seen wearing a hiking backpack.
The Air Force has indicated that Standifer may be experiencing suicidal thoughts, based on entries found in a journal he left behind. He is not believed to be armed.
If you have any information regarding Standifer’s whereabouts, please contact the Air Force Office of Special Investigations at 1-877-246-1453 or submit a tip online.
