Grand Forks, ND – A Grand Forks woman is facing a felony charge of terrorizing following an alleged incident at a local medical facility, according to court documents.
On February 18, authorities responded to a disturbance involving Katherine Marie Baxter, who was receiving medical treatment. During the visit, Baxter repeatedly attempted to shut the door to her exam room, despite being informed that she was not allowed to do so.
When staff intervened, Baxter allegedly became agitated and confrontational, making verbal threats. According to reports, she threatened a staff member, stating she would “knock her teeth out.”
The incident led to police intervention, and Baxter was subsequently charged with felony terrorizing.
