GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 22-year-old Grand Forks man is facing serious criminal charges involving two juveniles after he allegedly attempted to recruit a 12-year-old boy for a threesome. Sebastian Hipsak was arrested on February 5th, following an investigation that revealed explicit photos of his girlfriend and children, who are also minors.
According to court records, Hipsak called the Dispatch Center seeking help due to sexual thoughts he was experiencing. However, instead of receiving assistance, law enforcement officials launched a probe into his activities with minors. It was discovered that Hipsak had been communicating via social media with a 12-year-old boy in an attempt to arrange a threesome involving himself, the juvenile victim, and another minor – who is believed to be his girlfriend and mother of their children.
Hipsak now faces four felony charges: promoting a sexual performance by a minor, luring a minor by computer solicitation, corruption of a minor, and possession of certain materials prohibited. The case has sparked concern within the community about the safety of local youths and the need for increased vigilance against online predators.
