Grand Forks County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A Texas man is facing felony drug charges in Grand Forks following a traffic stop that led to the seizure of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Abdon Sanchez of Laredo, Texas, was pulled over on August 4 during a routine traffic stop. Officers discovered that Sanchez was driving with a suspended license. During the stop, he consented to a vehicle search, which resulted in the discovery of 26 grams of methamphetamine.
Sanchez has been formally charged with felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving under suspension.
The case is being handled by authorities in Grand Forks County and remains under investigation.
