Grand Forks County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Jose G. Martinez, a resident of Grafton, is now facing serious charges after a July 4th traffic stop in Grand Forks led to the discovery of 46 grams of a crystal-like substance later determined to be imitation methamphetamine.
The stop occurred on North 39th Street, and after the seizure and testing of the substance, authorities charged Martinez with:

Felony possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance

Misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
Martinez now faces prosecution in a case that highlights growing concerns over imitation drug trafficking in the region.
