Alger, born on September 5, 1977, was sentenced on February 20, 2025, for drug-related offenses in Stearns County (Case No. 73-CR-23-8284). He was last released from custody on February 24, 2025, but has since violated his release terms and was declared a fugitive as of February 27, 2025.
