Four Face Drug Trafficking Charges In Fergus

FERGUS FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Four individuals are now confronting a significant drug trafficking accusation after a traffic stop in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

According to court records dated May 4th at 11:28 p.m., the driver, David Bartlette of Fargo, along with his three passengers, Nicole Clinton of Wahpeton, Kaitlyn Carroll of Elizabeth, and Weston Espitia of Bismarck, are all implicated in drug trafficking charges in Fergus Falls.

The incident unfolded when they were pulled over on Western Avenue near Lincoln, leading to a search and seizure resulting in the discovery of over 180 M30 fentanyl pills, 15 grams of, and 22 grams of heroin.

All four individuals face charges of first-degree sale and possession of fentanyl, offenses that carry a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, in addition to felony charges of possessing fentanyl and heroin.
