Bell’s Ram pickup struck a stationary Ford Focus, injuring 26-year-old Nicole Louthain and a 6-year-old child, who was airlifted to Minneapolis for treatment. Bell claimed he thought he had a green light, but evidence suggests otherwise. A trooper’s alcohol test revealed Bell’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit, leading to his arrest. He now faces felony charges for criminal vehicular injury.
