Fargo Teen Is Fourth Charged in Armed Home Invasion

Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A fourth suspect has been charged in a September armed home invasion case.

Dajveon Williams, 18, faces five felony charges in Cass County District Court.

The charges include robbery with a firearm, burglary, firearm theft, terrorizing and criminal mischief.

Williams is accused of taking part in the September 11 robbery at a Fargo apartment.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Investigators Identify Fourth Suspect

Investigators first focused on three suspects and two other people connected to the vehicle.

Interviews and cellphone data later led detectives to Williams, according to court documents.

A co-defendant identified Williams from a photograph as one person who entered the apartment.

Phone records allegedly showed Williams sent an address and arranged a pickup before the robbery.

Investigators also reviewed surveillance and traffic camera video connected to the case.

Authorities say the footage tracked the suspect vehicle before and after the robbery.

Video from a residence allegedly showed Williams entering the vehicle before the robbery.

The same video later showed him returning with the other suspects.

Erick Scott, Gregory Rogers-McKinney and Kennedy Dolo were charged earlier in the investigation.

Each man faces the same five felony charges tied to the September 11 incident.

According to Valley News Live, police were called shortly after 4:20 p.m.

Two men reported that armed suspects forced their way inside and pointed firearms at them.

The suspects allegedly stole cash and a firearm before leaving the apartment.

Investigators also reported visible damage to the apartment door after the incident.

The Cass County Jail roster lists Williams as booked on September 25.

The roster lists robbery, burglary, firearm theft and terrorizing among his current charges.

KFGO reported Williams is the fourth person arrested in the case.

The station also reported Scott, Rogers-McKinney and Dolo remained in the Cass County Jail.

Williams and his co-defendants have not been convicted of these charges.

The case will continue through Cass County District Court.
