Fargo: Moorhead Man Charged in Stolen $42K SUV

Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Moorhead man is facing a felony theft charge in Fargo. Court records name the suspect as Jerry Troubleman Flah.

According to court documents, officers stopped Flah on February 13 in Fargo. The vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen in New Mexico.

The criminal complaint says the vehicle was a company vehicle. It was valued at about $42,000.

Records say Flah had worked for the company in New Mexico. The complaint says he was fired. It also says he did not return the vehicle after losing the job.

Flah is now charged with felony theft of property in Fargo. The case is based on the traffic stop and the reported theft.

Charges are accusations. A defendant is presumed innocent in court.
