Documents say Berry grabbed the woman by the neck and choked her.

She told police she could not breathe during the attack.

She also said he punched her in the jaw and nose with a closed fist.

She then hung up before speaking further with dispatchers.

When 911 called back, she reportedly said her son called by accident.

Those records say she suffered a broken nose.
